Die Unterkunft ist groß und hell

Die Unterkunft ist groß und hell, das Grundstück mit Pool und vielen Bäumen ist sehr hübsch! Der Grill und die Sitzgelegenheiten außen sind sehr praktisch! Die Lage ist praktisch für Ausflüge im gesamten Norden der Insel! Leider müssen die Schlafzimmer überarbeitet/ renoviert werden ! Es scheint ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit zu geben , Resultat ist ein unangenehmer muffiger Geruch der Räume , der auch nicht trotz reichlich Lüften wegzubringen war und sich bis auf Matratzen und Bettwäsche niederschlug. Außerdem waren wir enttäuscht für den Preis kein Stück Seife , keinen spüllappen oder eine zweite Rolle Klopapier vorzufinden! Ameisen waren bei uns keine einzige zu sehen, jedoch reichlich Mücken. Unserer Meinung nach stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht !

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben , schön gelegen und der Pool war klasse. Leider ist bei uns das Wasser immer wieder ausgefallen (hier haben wir allerdings Geld erstattet bekommen) Nachts kann es schon einmal etwas gruselig werden, weil es doch recht abgelegen ist. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Ameisen, Sachen also im Kühlschrank lagern! Grundsätzlich aber eine durchsuch empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! P.s Wir haben die Woche immer wieder einen Kater gesehen, er war so toll!

Ruhiger Urlaub

Wir haben eine ruhige Woche in dem schönen und vollständig ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Alle Räume, inkl. der beiden Badezimmer und begehbarem Kleiderschrank, sind sehr grosszügig gestaltet.

Groene oasa van alle gemakken voorzien.

Mooie casa, rustig gelegen in het groen, met een fijn zwembad. Het huis is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Rondom het huis zijn meerdere terrassen, zowel in de zon als schaduw, waar je heerlijk kan zitten. In de periode mei waren er veel muggen, en het huis heeft geen horren. Het geluid van de weg hoor je enigszins, was niet storend.

Séjour agréable dans une très belle maison.

Superbe maison isolée bien que proche de l'autoroute (100m). Maison très belle et bien équipée. Piscine et jardin. Premiers locataires après confinement, la télécommande du portail a été capricieuse le lendemain de notre arrivée (heureusement qu'elle a bien fonctionné à notre arrivée la nuit précédente. Hélas le lendemain matin impossible d'ouvrir le portail. Heureusement un voisin a prévenu les propriétaires qui sont intervenus. Un petit détail désagréable: pas de tire-bouchon. Nous en avons acheté un. Il faudrait laisser dans la maison une feuille avec des consignes et n°de téléphone: urgences, poubelles, etc ....

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit allem was benötigt wird. Man benötigt zwingend ein Auto, was aber kein Nachteil ist. Gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr.

We had a great family holiday at this place end of July. We were with 4 people (2 children). The house is very spacious, clean and modern. It has a very lovely and private swimming pool, our children loved it very much. The house is situated outside the village, so you need a car, but the location is perfect to discover the island. The motorway is closeby to easily go to the beaches, mountains, villages, .... Due to that the motorway is closeby, you hear it at the house, but it didn’t disturb us too much.

Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié passer notre séjour dans cette jolie maison dans la campagne de Majorque. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous car nous arrivions via le ferry au Port d'Alcudia. A notre arrivée, les explications de localisations étaient clairs, le code d'accès à la boite à clés était OK. Nous aurions aimé avoir un accueil physique pour nous expliquer les particularités de la maison. Ou simplement un livret d'accueil positionné sur la table principale. La maison est soignée, très propre, beaucoup de volume avec de grands espaces. L'extérieur est bien arboré. Nous étions heureux de passer un séjour dans un cadre comme celui la. Il est dommage que dans la maison il n'y ait un minimum de produits de première nécessité (Sel, poivre, huile, etc.....). Pour le petit déjeuner il manque des Mugs. Il manque un aspirateur pour donner un coup de propre dans la maison (uniquement un balai ce qui fait un peu léger pour faire la maison entièrement.). Mais pour tout ça il s'agit d'un détail. Nous avons subit 2 coupures électriques de la maison qui ne supporte pas de faire tourner simultanément plusieurs matériels électriques en même temps, nous avons énormément apprécié la réactivité d'Homerti qui est intervenu dans l'heure. Merci en tout cas, nous avons pu passer un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison. Cordialement Famille FROISSART
