"The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request. Truly an amazing place to stay if you want to submerge yourself in the city as the location is unbeatable. Thank you so much to Soufian and Mohamed at the front desk for taking such good care of us. Both restaurants, Pergola and Bistro Arabe were delicious and the live music was great, not at all too loud. 10/10 overall."

"Lovely hotel! Though I think that when a hotel is renovating they have a duty along with the travel companies like yourselves to inform the customer before booking. That is a bit sly. I found the pool menu and the room service menu very below standard. Needs improving. Overall, the hotel is very nice including the staff. Just needs a little attention with the finer details being a 5 Star hotel. Just lacks that little bit of class. "

"We had an excellent stay Riad Charme d'Orient. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Riad Charme d'Orient is a hidden gem that I hope you get to experience. Location was very centralized to restaurants and the Medina. All staff members were attentive and thoughtful. The decor and cleanliness was topnotch. We highly recommend and can easily see firsthand why Riad Charme d'Orient has high ratings."

"Room cleaned everyday with water provided. Walking distance to some of the main attractions and souks. Staff kindly provided a packed lunch for day of check out. "

"I stayed here for only 2 nights and I wished I stayed longer.I loved everything about this Riad! The room was very clean had a lovely spacious bathroom.The location was perfect,walking distance to the souks but still very quiet.The owner was amazing! There was a slight language barrier but she was so kind and helpful.Also,Mohammed(I think that’s his name)was super kind.He helped me with my luggage to the main square as I had an early morning flight.I would definitely stay here again!"
