“We had a mixed experience. You are ‘welcomed” with signs about the keypad to get in, signs asking guests to “lose your shoes” and inspirational quotes such as “Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.” Unfortunately, this didn’t reflect our experience, as we didn’t meet the people running the property On the positive side, we were allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. There is also a large communal lounge and a well-equipped guest kitchen. However, our room was incredibly small……

“We stayed at Cozy Cottage for the weekend. It was all you can ask for and more. It is a separate cottage with the owners right beside and they are quick to answer any questions or give advice about the area. The cottage itself was super-well stocked, with any bathroom supplies you may have forgotten, and the kitchen had extras as well such as spices, pasta, teas, coffees and many small appliances to make you welcome. If I could, I would give 10 stars. ”

“Beautiful, relaxing spot. Only drawback are the stairs going down to lower level.”

“The property location is perfect. We could hop on any walking trail - just through the back yard. We enjoyed the pot holes & witnessed salmon spawning just up the road. Getting to ‘town’ seemed just around the corner! (Vehicle is required- not walking distance to everything) The hosts were helpful & responded quickly. The guesthouse had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. ”
