"Spent three nights in this lovely home. There were eight of us and plenty of room to spread out. Had an evening fire one night and enjoyed the side porch immensely. The house is walking distance to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. We recommend this house for its convenience to everything and comfort level. "We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. Accessibility for an elderly grandparent was the only issue- the 1800’s era stairs are narrow and steep, so extra care and assistance was needed to make sure a fall did not occur."

"The home is Beautiful. Everything a family needs is there. Board games, darts, karaoke, corn hole, and steaming TV services. The location is convenient to local attractions. The two individual cabins are very cozy and well appointed. We had a couple small issues that the hosts took care of immediately. A bathroom in the upstairs of the home would be a great addition. We would highly recommend this property."

"The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit."
