“Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. As I mentioned the group was 8 women- we could have used a few more towels and additional silverware as well as dishtowels but that was minor compared to the……

“We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. “We were in the area for the eclipse with friends--this place had everything we needed! Two rooms for sleeping, an area to play games, updated bathroom and kitchen. Decor was interesting.”

“The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit.”

“The home is Beautiful. Everything a family needs is there. Board games, darts, karaoke, corn hole, and steaming TV services. The location is convenient to local attractions. The two individual cabins are very cozy and well appointed. We had a couple small issues that the hosts took care of immediately. A bathroom in the upstairs of the home would be a great addition. We would highly recommend this property.”
