“Mold in tub area, no ice or coffee available rooms hot, never stay again.”

“Yes it was very cozy n comfy other than all the flies n the spider webs on the trailer it was nice !love the cluntry life ,next i love to stay in the one right on the lake come out n srink my coffee.. ”

“This place is in need of a lot of attention to deal with the deferred maintenance and bring it back up to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t stay here again. It should also be noted that there was no one on site and you were required to go to the convenience store next-door to check in and get your key.”

“Check in/out was very simple, House was very accommodating and clean. Nice place to relax and get away!! Only thing was ice machine that was stated was there was not working. Overall would definitely recommend and rent again!!”

“The two bedroom was nice and looks to be newly remodeled inside. Plenty of boat parking with outdoor outlets to charge your boat. Conveniently located near food & supplies. Host was pleasant to deal with. ”

“was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. ”

“This was amazing home with excellent Host. The only one thing that this place needs is water front or beach access. With that being said this place would be the perfect spot for an extended vacation prime spot.”

The location is also perfect and convenient. The host was super friendly and made our entire experience seamless. Their hospitality made us feel at home. To get an excellent rating recommend lawn mowing, several light issues repaired inc. bad switch on outside carport, give attention to gas grill to make functional. Was able to utilize charcoal side for steaks ... so no major foul. Would stay here again.”
