「Nice location, needs a bigger parking lot」

「Room was not very clean. Pet hair on floor. Dirt, hair, nail clippings and bugs under bed. Used towel on back of bathroom door. Mattress cover torn. Large tv, good ac, and fridge. Only lock on the door was the dead bolt. No other inside lock.」

「The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. The towels and amenities were perfect for our needs. What a wonderful way to spend and evening, sitting on the deck listening to the river flow and watch the birds.」

「Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was small. Towels are not the huge towels I get at other hotels. Park I had to use was gravel, not paved. The Americas Best sign was not showing on the building where I could see it so I thought it was the wrong property.」
