Checking in and out are quick and easy. They even helped with a mechanic referral when we had a car issue. Lovely spot would highly recommend.」

「The rooms were dark and outdated. TV didn’t work a few times. Had to call to get it fixed. Nobody ever showed up, but luckily it just started working again. Called a couple times for extra towels never got the amount I asked for. They also made me go to the front desk to pick up the towels. No one goes in the room to make the beds or take out the garbage. And the hot tub in the pool area was broken and not usable. For the price, I was expecting a lot more. 「We love the Rodd Moncton! This is our second stay & the staff is always great. The breakfast is hot. Rooms are clean. The pool, hot tub & sauna are an amazing feature. We’ll always stay here!」

「First off, it said they had a pool and upon arrival and check in , they mentioned the pool “wasn’t available “ due to it being “treated,” which was a complete lie, because I know other people who stayed a while back and it also wasn’t “working.” They should be up front and honest when booking, because that’s one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Also it said 2 queen beds , they were a double at best. One lamp in the room wasn’t working. And this is the FIRST hotel I have ever stayed at...

「The shower in the bathroom needs to be updated. Water pressure not the greatest. The bathtub beside the bed is a nice idea, would be better if it was a jacuzzi tub. Lastly, the TV needs to be larger for that size room. The restaurant was really good. Good food, great service and nice atmosphere.」
