Strong chemical smell upon entering, which we could smell all night. Hair in the bathroom, hair and dirt in the fridge, sagging mattress. Asked to go to a higher floor and if one was available and was told “no” by the man at the desk. Left and came back around 9:30 to find the rather large parking lot very empty and only a few cars in the front. I realized this is because the top two floors are not being used. This is either due to not enough staff or making repairs. When I left the next morning, I noticed that on the second floor, on the side of the building, one of the windows had plywood over it so I assume that they’re working on the upstairs. The paint in the halls were dinged and on the other end there was a piece of drywall leaning against the wall. I don’t know who’s giving this hotel five stars, but it definitely wasn’t as clean as people were stating. Also the bathroom had a huge hole that was patched in the wall and it was painted about four different shades of green.

In a pinch, this would be ok - but I wouldn't recommend the place. The room we had was overly scented with some sort of room freshener. Fortunately we had an air filter/purifier with us and that reduced the smell. The doorknob for the bathroom door looked like it could fall off at any time. While there was no carpet (a good thing in my opinion), when I walked around without shoes on, my socks ended up looking disgusting. T

We were just there for one night to visit family nearby. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable. Great coffee down stairs for this early riser and lots of choices for breakfast.

Basic hotel. Does the trick. Clean. Only the sheer curtains close in the room, so if you like to sleep in and don’t want the sun waking you, you need a room facing opposite the sun. No fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was lackluster (microwaved sausage and egg patties, bare bones everything else).

Check in was not idea. The staff ran my credit card for a $100 deposit, then asked for it again and ran an additional $73 deposit. Refusing to believe they did, I showed them my bank statement. They eventually credited it. The room was disgusting. There was hair all over the bathroom floor as well as beard hair on the toilet paper dispenser.

Clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. A little busy, but there are few large hotels in the area, so that's not surprising. The only problem was that promptly at 9AM both of our key cards were disabled. Checkout is 11AM, so we're not sure what happened there. Had to get new ones. Reasonable good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely go back.
