Place was a perfect location and such a nice place to stay for the price! We were staying in a tiny hotel room the nights before for what it cost to essentially have a whole house to yourself. Only downside was having to move car every two hours between 10 AM and 10 PM. But it gave us a break from work!
Very nice rental in Midtown, safe, clean and nice size. Parking is a bit of a challenge with no designated spot and a 2 hour day restriction but overnight is doable if you can locate a spot! Registration prior to arrival is a bit excessive with required selfies, Id copies and a $400 hold on my credit card. Very happy with the place overall!
We were within walking distance to excellent restaurants, the state Capitol, and the convention center where we attended a performance. We never even moved our car. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent property manager, too.
The apartment was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had items needed, except no dish towels.
The shower was big and had a good water flow. For a week stay, more towels would be appreciated.
The neighborhood is very walkable and has restaurants nearby. I would recommend the apartment

Great location in mid-town for walking to restaurants, Saturday farm market, and both light rail and bus. The apartment had everything needed for a week’s stay. There was plenty of space and closets. The Wi-Fi and desk made working from home easy.
The apartment was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had items needed for a quick breakfast . The neighborhood was nice, but we only slept there as we were visiting family. A bath mat type towel would have been helpful as we had to use a bath towel, that left us short a towel and we were there for a week.
Wasnt what was advertised online, communicating woth the host was very dofficult, they did not offer a real person to talk to

What a cute place!
My best friend and I were lucky to stay in this very cute apartment on one of our recent shopping trips to Sacramento. What a great place! It had everything we needed. The convenient off-street parking was a definite plus! Communication with the host was always quick and easy. Initially I wasn't too sure about sleeping on the pull out sofa as I didn't think it would be comfortable. Boy, was I wrong! The neighborhood was great and quiet. Access to the freeway was easy and there was a big Safeway nearby. The walk in shower was a religious experience!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!
I booked this for a concert at Golden 1 which was cancelled but decided to still stay and visit with friends. Glad I did, I haven't explored this part of Sacramento before. So much to explore and this property is a great spot to walk from. In between, resting my feet and getting a snack, this was a cozy spot to come back to. Easy street parking, felt safe walking at night (other people also around walking), lots of restaurants, cafes, art, etc. nearby. I didn't use the kitchen but it would have been just right for making a light meal. I appreciated the property manager's communication and felt I could reach out if I needed anything. Will return, hopefully when my concert gets rescheduled!

Great location, great space, free parking
Very nice place with everything you'd need and plenty of space in an INCREDIBLE neighborhood. There is so much within walking distance, and Lyft is so easy in Sacramento, that I don't think I needed a car. However, it was nice to have my own free parking spot in the back! The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was well-supplied. If I go back to Sac I'll stay there again. One thing - it is a management company, not just an owner, so you'll get communication from multiple different people. This threw me off a little but it was all fine and they did a great job.
Fortunately this was not our first VRBO experience
IF this had been our first VRBO stay, it very well may have been our last. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties in several states and countries and always were reluctant to leave. This property, we were reluctant to stay even for the one night. Our normal VRBO experience is one of great communication, obvious pride of ownership exhibited and extras that have always made us feel welcomed and extremely comfortable, whether it was an overnight stay or a 7-week stint. Things we can say for this property - they do have free parking and the location is great. The housekeeper does a nice job in that the toilet, sinks and floors were clean. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. We could get that at a Motel 6 and not pay the additional fees. The communication was poor even though we were encouraged to contact them. In attempting to get the door code the day before arrival, we received an email with an enormous amount of "coding" at both ends with a message in the middle stating the writer (not the owner) "understood and would get back to me in a few." Most of the communication we received from the representatives of the owner were requests that would protect their interests, which is fine, but in return, some attention to our needs would have been appreciated. When you arrive, you do not use the pretty door in the profile. You are instructed to use the side door, which you approach from the back of the house where the parking lot is, go along a very dilapidated fence past trash and weeds to a stoop and door, which could use some attention. Once inside, you are greeted with shabby, minus the chic. Paint is good, but it may be best to address what the paint is covering before you apply your brush. Lots of sins here that are very visible through the paint. BUT the biggest issue is the place needs a really good deep cleaning (e.g. grout, shower, baseboards, etc.). We had no hot water, but it really didn't matter because we heated hot water for the few dishes we used and there is no way either of us would have set foot in the shower or stepped barefoot on the bathmat. This has not been an easy review to write. In fact I waited over a week to do so, but this is a property that does not come up to the standards we have found in our many VRBO stays. We book through VRBO because we want to stay someplace we can make memories to cherish. In ALL previous experiences we have been eager to give a full 5 stars. Not this time.
A great location for anyone who likes the walkable midtown-thru-downtown sections of the city of trees. The folks who hate walking will find parking w/o much hassle; and there’s public parking right on street. Unit has Victorian bones with modernized bathroom, sufficient kitchen space, plus front-side and rear a/c units to keep totally cool on hotter summer days. Gotta love the huge tree canopies on these streets. Close to restaurants and cafes and businesses. Management first rate in communicating rental info and policies and availability and more.
First, 3 different people in the office had me filling out the same information 3 different times. No one in the office could give a answer. Two, our first night there the neighbors were fighting so much that we thought they had killed each other. We where happy to hear the woman scream again. The bed is broken down and miserable to try and sleep on. The couch was just as bad. The bathroom was dirty. I could go on for days. I would not waste your money.
