“A beautiful place, good view, thanks the madam for breakfast, to help our kids.”

“Everything worked. Internet connection was great and workspace desk was nice in the room. Nice store above average. Clean. Only complaint was that this was booked for husband traveling on his own and picked for a hot breakfast which was supposed to be out at 6:30 but was not out until 6:50. Had to leave before it was completely out. Possibly just a one-day happening, but unfortunate for that day for hubby that had to get on the road - and hotel was chosen for that reason.”

“So many issues including our clothes sitting in grey water from the on-sire washing machine malfunctioning and a leaky toilet that bath towels were brought in to soak up the drainage. The property is in desperate need of maintenance and staff is too busy playing in their ph instead.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay overnight while we were passing through. The interior is beautifully decorated with colorful artwork and vibrant touches that make the hotel feel warm and inviting. As EV drivers, we especially appreciated the two charging stations in the parking lot, which allowed us to charge overnight. One unexpected highlight was the quiet room with two massage chairs—a relaxing treat after a day of driving. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good and was a great……

“Pros: Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in. Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels. Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either. Pool - My……

“Check in staff was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and the rustic decor fit the location. Nice Lodge was close to Cookie Cabin, General Store, Sawmill Restaurant, and having Beyond Bread when everything else was closing or closed.”

“the place is obviously older and a bit outdated on the pullout mattress , the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs when laying down. it took a couple hours until i was able to actually fall asleep. luckily we just needed the stay for one night. breakfast was good but it was okay overall.”

“Great for a staycation”

“We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans……
