This was one spectacular sunset. Located way up on the western coast of the Shimokita Peninsula, Hotokegaura is one spot not to be missed on an exploration of Northern Japan. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities that one could wish for. The hotel was perfectly located next to the morning market, the railway and bus stations. The breakfast was excellent.

Our visit was very short and sweet. Room was small as to be expected. The area was nice, fish market close by.I didn’t think we had to make a transfer , but no big deal.Will come back , with out a doubt
