「We rented this unit from Jan.16–Jan. 21, 2026. On Jan.17, there was no water in the unit, and both the host and VRBO were notified. We were in Jamaica for a family funeral, and the lack of water caused us to delay an appointment with the funeral home. On the morning of the funeral (Jan 18), there was again no water. We noticed that at 5:00 AM and when we left at 8:30 AM, there was still no water. To prepare, we were forced to carry buckets of water from the first floor and heat it on the stove...

「We had work at a local facility so we were not looking for a high end place. The accommodations worked well for us and were were close enough to where we working and local restaurants. We did get put into a different place then originally booked online but was still in the same complex. 」

「The stay was great, very comfortable relaxing environment, clean room, lovely view of the city. Only a few things that I noticed, there was a minor ant infestation, the fan in the bedroom didn't work, and the bed was a little too high to accommodate the elderly. My mother asked for a step stool but never received one so she ended up sleeping on the couch. The being said it was a good trip. Would book again provided those things be addressed. Thanks.」

「I was very nervous about the place like how it would look because of past experience but am being very honest as long as this place is available it will always be my home for vacation everything was toptier everything it has washer stove living area everything was smooth the place was clean and nice I enjoyed my time there ❤️」
