“Our stay was wonderful. Host Shelly-Ann was attentive and responsive and surprised us with an anniversary treat - a thoughtful gesture. The property is exactly as seen in the pictures; clean, comfortable and well-stocked with vacation ‘extras’. Location is great and direct views of the sea are amazing! On-site security was helpful and accommodating. The pool water was a bit too cold for us and there was some intermittent internet access. But we enjoyed our 5-day stay in this well-kept hidden……

“First off i must say the studio is beautiful. they was a hurricane witch is no fault of the rental my problem is there was Noone there after the hurricane to check on us a tree fell across the gate had to get someone to cut the tree so i can gain access out. No light, no water , no signal to connect with anyone. they should have someone to check on their guest.they have nothing in place like a back up tank of water that doses use electricity had to get water from the sea to flush the toilet.……

“The house was clean and comfortable. The cove was an absolute delight; peaceful and private. Serenity offered a private, quiet environment for me and my family to enjoy. ** Please note, we had issues with the Internet at the resort and the serenity staff response was timely and considerate, even providing an alternative until the issue was fixed*** ”

“We rented this unit from Jan.16–Jan. 21, 2026. On Jan.17, there was no water in the unit, and both the host and VRBO were notified. We were in Jamaica for a family funeral, and the lack of water caused us to delay an appointment with the funeral home. On the morning of the funeral (Jan 18), there was again no water. We noticed that at 5:00 AM and when we left at 8:30 AM, there was still no water. To prepare, we were forced to carry buckets of water from the first floor and heat it on the stove……

“This is a beautifull place. We loved the beach and pool. The host was very easy to communicate with and she provided all the information we needed and some!! The premises has lots of coconut trees and we took a chance and asked the gardener for a couple to drink and to our surprise he stopped what he was doing and went to get some delicious coconut for us to drink right off the tree!! Will definitely return.”

“Check-in was Super Easy. Walked in and Everything was clean, neatly decorated and smelled good! You have an awesome view from the balcony! The Shower is Huge which we love because they are normally small in places we rent. Marvin was fast in responding when I had any questions. He also accommodated us staying another night as our flight was delayed coming in. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to staying at the property again! ”

“The view was ok you did get a limited view of the water. The beach and location were great. The facilities are old and the pool was murky and the spa was not heated and in even worse condition than the pool. The beach was amazing and you don’t miss the pool and spa. Very friendly staff with a on site restaurant and many food options along the beach in either direction. The condo was clean and updated on the inside. However the AC unit made a lot of noise and was impossible to sit on the balcony……

“We had work at a local facility so we were not looking for a high end place. The accommodations worked well for us and were were close enough to where we working and local restaurants. We did get put into a different place then originally booked online but was still in the same complex. ”
