“Why do I need to submit any info? The taxi couldn't find the place and the renter never answer his phone I was at the place when I renter finally showed up after 630 and told me I cannot stay there. The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place. I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. ”

“Millicent met us at the unit. She was very personable and helpful. The unit had clearly just been cleaned and smelled wonderful. Well appointed unit, comfortable bed with large washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of parking for our rental, close to everything! Will definitely stay again. Thank you! ”

“First of all, this is not in Basseterre. It is in Sandy Point which is a 20 minute drive away. The description says Sandy Point but if you are not familiar with the island this will be confusing. Especially since the mapping feature takes you to a place in Basseterre! It took over 40 minutes and a call to Vrbo to get the host to call us back only to find out the location was 20 minutes away.Secondly, we had booked this apartment 6 weeks in advance. I tried contacting the host over 24 hours……
