“The location is great and generally the rooms are nice. It is a great Bargain for your buck, especially if you are someone who likes your own kitchen and space. Perfect for a family trip in my case a business trip. There was a washer and dryer and detergent provided. Rooms were also easily available on short notice which was great. My only issue is there can be a little more attention to maintenance of the units (making sure lights and AC units are working and pipes aren't leaking). Also……

“Why do I need to submit any info? The taxi couldn't find the place and the renter never answer his phone I was at the place when I renter finally showed up after 630 and told me I cannot stay there. The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place.
I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. ”

“First of all, this is not in Basseterre. It is in Sandy Point which is a 20 minute drive away. The description says Sandy Point but if you are not familiar with the island this will be confusing. Especially since the mapping feature takes you to a place in Basseterre! It took over 40 minutes and a call to Vrbo to get the host to call us back only to find out the location was 20 minutes away.Secondly, we had booked this apartment 6 weeks in advance. I tried contacting the host over 24 hours……
