The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place. I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. 」

「First of all, this is not in Basseterre. It is in Sandy Point which is a 20 minute drive away. The description says Sandy Point but if you are not familiar with the island this will be confusing. Especially since the mapping feature takes you to a place in Basseterre! It took over 40 minutes and a call to Vrbo to get the host to call us back only to find out the location was 20 minutes away.Secondly, we had booked this apartment 6 weeks in advance. I tried contacting the host over 24 hours...
