Zentral und ruhig !

Die Ferienwohnung in Saint Avertin, am Rande von Tours, ist ideal für eine Reise im Tal der Loire. Schnell ist man in Tours, aber ebenso gut kommt man in die Umgebung zu den bekannten Schlössern. Für alltäglich Einkäufe (Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt etc.) ist alles in der Nähe (10 Min. Fußweg). Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (es fehlt an nichts) und es bietet viel Platz, einen schönen Wintergarten und einen großen Garten. Von den sehr netten Vermieter, Herrn und Frau De Amorin, sind wir herzlich empfangen worden und wir danken ihnen für alles! Wir bedauern, dass wir nur eine Woche dort waren. L'appartement de vacances à Saint Avertin, à la périphérie de Tours, est idéal pour un voyage dans la vallée de la Loire. On est rapidement à Tours, mais il est tout aussi facile de se rendre dans les environs pour visiter les châteaux connus. Pour les achats quotidiens (boulangerie, petit supermarché, etc.), tout est à proximité (10 min. à pied). La maison de vacances est très bien équipée (il ne manque rien) et elle offre beaucoup de place, un beau jardin d'hiver et un grand jardin. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les très gentils propriétaires, M. et Mme De Amorin, et nous les remercions pour tout ! Nous regrettons de n'y être restés qu'une semaine.

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Il y a le confort pour passer de bons moments en famille. L'endroit est bien situé pour rayonner dans les environs.

Gîte propre, bien équipé. Beau jardin clôturé

Propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Nos chiens ont beaucoup apprécié le beau jardin clôturé et les volets du gîte qui nous ont permis de garder une température agréable malgré les fortes chaleurs. Nous avons occupé la chambre du rez-de-chaussée, plus fraîche, sur les conseils des propriétaires. Belle localisation assez centrale pour la visite des châteaux.

un séjour vraiment très agréable

Maison très confortable et au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La literie est au top. Commerces de proximité à 10 mn à pied avec une excellente boulangerie. Très bonne situation pour visiter un maximum de chateaux sans faire trop de kilomètres.
