"The place was busy when we arrived an hour after check-in. We were told the room we booked with two beds wasn’t ready yet. The front desk man, Matthew, was so kind and stored our luggage for us so we could go eat with friends until our room was ready. Once we arrived back a few hours later, our room was ready and yet again Matthew was there to help us out. It was evident the hotel was older, but still a clean well maintained environment. When we arrived in our room the tvs didn’t work. I finally clicked around on one remote and it started working. My husband let the front desk staff know and they were quick to send the maintenance man out to fix it. The maintenance man, which I wish I would’ve got his name, was very efficient and got the job done quick. I even let him know about a minor problem with the faucet in the shower and he said it was ok and he’ll get to it in the morning that it would be fine for the night. I asked him about getting another towel, he told me to call the front desk. I did and decided I was just going to go down and grab it. He was so kind to go get it for us. I know that’s not in his job duties, but it showed the kindness in his heart to do that. It’s the little things that make your visit enjoyable. Because of this I would stay again. "
