The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.

Cozy and quaint inn that gave you a historical vibe. Secluded courtyard pool to enjoy a respite from walking the city. The inn is very accessible to many areas of interest and an easy walk for some tasty food. I highly recommend this stay.

Nice location, I happened to visit when everything was getting a new coat of paint. The walls on the front of the room are very thin, you can hear every conversation and every step in the hallway. The pillows are down but they're insanely small. Room was pretty small which wasn't an issue for me but I was solo, if you go with company I could see it being a hassle. Nice bathroom that seems pretty recent with rain head and a hidden drain

Repurposed old New Orleans building. conveniently located in the French Quarter, well appointed rooms, several indoor patios to enjoy, staff was exceptional in providing for the guest needs. Will definitely return to this hotel. Did not use parking, but is available, is extra, and is not on site.

After more than ten visits to the French quarter I think I've found the one. Very accommodating and extremely friendly. No issues when I needed to check in early and out late.
