“We had a very comfortable stay. Georges was quick to respond to our questions. Language barrier was eased with the help of a handheld translator. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the downstairs lounge area. Kitchen well equipped, although we were unable to get the coffee maker to work, but we were able to make coffee using provided French press. All bedrooms are upstairs, as is one full bathroom. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet, but red lighting is not ideal for putting on……

“Sehr schönes, gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im Ortskern von Ryes. Schöner, abgeschlossener und ruhiger Garten. Komplett ausgestattete moderne Küche. Von hier aus haben wir alle interessanten Lokations rund um den D-Day sehr gut erreicht. Arromanches und Bayeux sind von hier aus auch prima mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, hier gibt es Museen, Supermärkte und Restaurants.Unser Vermieter war nicht vor Ort, aber online sofort erreichbar und sehr bemüht.Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen tollen……

Es wurde erkennbar vor einiger Zeit restauriert und renoviert, ohne den Charme des Gemäuers zu verletzen. Das Haus kann 13 Menschen gut beherbergen, dann muss man sich über die Nutzung der beiden Bäder abstimmen.Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Xavier ist ein aufmerksamer und kommunikativer Gastgeber, der stets per Mail erreichbar ist. Das einzige, was wir ein wenig vermisst……
