“Wir waren zu 3 da, Dezember, Heizung funktionierte nur schlecht bis kaum, vieles war kaputt, Betten durchgelegen, Steckdosen teils locker, Dusche nur für Kinder geeignet. Saint Denis ist leider eine Ghetto Gegend, besser vorher informieren, wo man bucht. Check in war einfach, nach Anweisung per Telefon, Parkplatz war nützlich, die Agentur nett. Aber das Apartment definitiv zu teuer für die Kaputte Ausstattung und kaum Heizung”

“Maybe the experience was so poor due to our unique circumstance. We were staying in Monaco for a week, but decided to do a 1-day overnight trip to Paris. We has a handicap senior and 2 children under 10. We traveled by train, so we didn't have a car. We explained this to the host. It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels.
