“What an experience! Sebastian and Sylvie could not have been accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We were so very well taken care of and as it is winter and we were the only ones staying that night, they showed us each of the unique 5 suites they offered. Each was welcoming, warm and well accoutermented with its own charm and appeal. The garden, in summer, would be an additional special place to enjoy, we expect to see that in our next stay. We were advised on transportation, restaurants……

“Seulement une nuit mais la chambre est bien décorée, spacieuse, et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul petit bémol pourrait être l’insonorisation intérieure, entre les escaliers et la chambre. Pas de souci pour l’extérieur par contre. Globalement très satisfaite de cet hébergement.”

“Beautiful guest house in Bordeaux. Fabrice was delightful, very helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous, clean with kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. A great establishment where you can come and go as you please. Fabrice was kind enough to allow us to leave our cases there on our last day due to late flights. Would stay here again.”

“Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement juste à côté de la maison d’hôtes. C’était parfait: silencieux, propre, moderne et décoré avec soin. Et que dire du petit déjeuner servi le matin, à l’heure que vous le souhaitez soit dit en passant! Meilleur déjeuner de tout notre voyage! Les hôtes ont su nous accueillir chez eux comme dans un hôtel prisé. On m’a même aidé à monter ma valise en haut des escaliers! Des petits détails qui font une différence. Merci encore! ”

“Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La salle de bain ne vend pas du rêve mais tout fonctionne dedans et est relativement pratique. Seul problème, le chauffage qui était beaucoup trop fort et nous n avons pas trouvé le réglage pour le baisser”

“We stayed here for a few days around a rugby world cup match, and it was a really lovely start to our trip. The chateau is beautiful and so peaceful - perfect for when you want to retreat from the chaos! The bedrooms are spacious and so well made up, and we were provided with evaporative cooling fans in the room to help with the heatwave. As it's more remote, you will need to travel a little for lunch and dinner, but it's absolutely worth it for such a unique stay.”

“Nice room in a central place. This is not a full service hotel and more of a B&B, but nice and quite place with a large room and nice hosts.”

“Nuestra estancia no pudo ser mejor. Es cierto que el establecimiento no está en el centro de la ciudad pero está muy bien comunicado (el tranvía está a apenas 100 metros) y en una calle pintoresca y tranquila. Tanto la casa como la habitación está impecables. Todo está limpísimo y perfecto, con muchos detalles que hacen la estancia agradable y fácil. La guinda del pastel la pone el desayuno, abundante y exquisito. La anfitriona, Nathalie, es muy amable y se ofrece a dar a sus huéspedes consejos……

“The location and views are excellent. Hosts are lovely and responded quickly when bathroom sink sprang a leak A reminder that being surrounded by vineyards is beautiful but includes early morning industry noise of people and machinery at work. I'm not a Princess but... the Moulin interior decor was somewhat disappointing - nasty plastic storage cupboards in kitchen and bathroom really cheapen the look which could easily be made more ' luxurious' with a visit to a Brocant and a little……
