“What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay.”

“Fantastic long weekend in Saint Emilion!
Our host Michel was wonderful, super helpful and friendly throughout our stay at 537. Very communicative offering lots of advice on the local area and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We were celebrating our anniversary and he could not have done more for us to make it feel special.
The room was perfect. Spacious, modern and amazing bath! The grounds were immaculate with a lovely pool and seating area. The continental breakfast was……
