We got off to a rough start and had trouble finding the house. Then at 8Pm the power went out and we spent the first night there with no power or water. By the way VRBO is absolutely no help whatsoever. We returned later the following day from a boat excursion and the power was back on, only to go out again for a short period of time that night. The house itself was very nice with a great pool area in the back with a wonderful view. The weather was perfect and the water around the island was beautiful. Try not to drive during rush hour as the traffic is bad.

Un voyage agréable pour une famille américaine de cinq personnes

Notre famille de 5 personnes a passé un très bon séjour d'une semaine à la Villa Mugar en février 2023. Nos enfants utilisent fréquemment la piscine, la cuisine et la propriété étaient bien équipées et la vue depuis la terrasse était magnifique. En tant que famille américaine familiarisée avec le français, nous avons trouvé tout sur la propriété ainsi que la Guadeloupe facile à gérer et agréable. Stéphanie et la conciergerie locale étaient très arrangeantes et un plaisir de s'engager avec. Nous recommandons vivement la Villa Mugar. Our family of 5 enjoyed a very nice weeklong stay at Villa Mugar in February 2023. Our kids make frequent use of the pool, the kitchen and property were well equipped, and the views from the terrace were stunning. As an American family with familiarity speaking French, we found all on the property as well as Guadeloupe easy to manage and enjoyable. Stephanie and the local conciergerie were highly accomodating and a pleasure to engage with. We highly recommend Villa Mugar.

Magnifique villa tres bien située. spacieuse et tres bien distribuée, ideale pour plusieurs familles. La vue est magnifique et les aperitifs avec le coucher de soleil sur la baie resteront inoubliables. De plus la maison et la cuisine sont tres bien equipées, ce qui a été agréable pour nous qui aimons cuisiner. Merci a Sylvia pour ses precieux conseils et à Mireille pour son accueil. Superbe villa, bien placée.

Très belle villa, super agréable à vivre et idéalement placée pour les excursions que ce soit sur Grande Terre ou Basse Terre. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, entre la piscine et les soirées partagées sur la terrasse. Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 grands ados et étions confortablement installés.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa pour un rassemblement familial (4 couples et 2 enfants). Chacun avait sa chambre au calme. Rien y manque. Très bien conçue, spacieuse et idéalement située à proximité d'une petite plage où l'on peut profiter de l'ombre des cocotiers. Très bon accueil par Mireille qui cuisine aussi à merveille les plats créoles. C'est appréciable de se mettre les pieds sous la table en arrivant à 17h après 8 heures de vol. Sans oublier la piscine ... avec vue sur le volcan.

Un séjour merveilleux !!!

Nous rentrons tout juste de Guadeloupe où nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses dans la villa de Sylvia. Tout était parfait, la villa est spacieuse et idéale pour deux familles, bien équipée (rien ne manque pour cuisiner à son aise) et très propre. Jolie piscine avec vue imprenable sur basse terre et les saintes ! Un grand merci à Sylvia pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils et à Mireille bien sûr pour son accueil attentionné et sa gentillesse (et ses excellents rhum arrangés, a goûter absolument !) Nous conseillons vivement cette location et espérons y retourner !

Formidable Séjour !!

La maison est superbe et tres bien équipée!magnifique vue mer. nous etions 5 adultes et 4 enfants dont 2 petits et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin, lit parapluie, rehausseurs auto (qui ont bien servi pour les repas) jusqu'au petits details comme de moules cornets pour faire des glaces a l'eau aux enfants. la maison est tres spacieuse et tres bien distribuée avec les differentes parties nuit reparties de part et d'autre de la vaste piece a vivre. La grande cuisine est ouverte et les repas se preparent en regardant la mer. la literie est de qualité et tout est meublé avec gout. Bref nous avons adoré! c'est notre 2 eme sejour en guadeloupe mais le 1er dans une location de ce niveau. nous recommendons absolument et remercions nos hotesses pour leurs attentions (pot d'accueil a l'arrivée, mini bombe de repulsifs anti moustique dans chaque chambre) et leur disponibilite. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenirs de ce sejour de reve.

Un séjour merveilleux!

la maison est magnifique, mieux que sur les photos! la très grande terrasse , très confortable avec ses grands fauteuils et son hamac, donne sur une très belle vue mer d'ou nous avons pu admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil. La villa est très spatieuse et meublée avec gout. Nous avons eu un accueil de Mireille très chaleureux avec petit punch et rhum arrangé maison. Les plages sont rapidement accessibles tout en étant dans un environnement calme et reposant. Nous avons également fait appel quelques soirs aux services de Mireille qui nous a regalé a domicile de sa savoureuse cuisine créole. Nous étions 8, nous avons eu tout le confort et l'intimité souhaités et nous recommandons sans réserve cette magnifique villa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre copines! La villa est ravissante, aérée et meublée avec goût. Nous avons disposé de tout le confort dont nous avions besoin. Villa confort et bien être.

Villa agréable, spacieuse, aérée et décorée avec goût, située dans un endroit calme elle bénéficie d'une jolie vue sur la mer avec en fond basse terre. L'espace cuisine qui fait partie du salon permet d'y œuvrer à plusieurs sans se gêner ce qui est très convivial. L'équipement est complet. La situation permet d'accéder rapidement aux plages; Saint-Anne plage, La Caravelle (Club Med) ainsi qu'à une plus nature celle de Saint Félix. Nous avons bénéficié de l’accueil très chaleureux de Mireille. Les indications générales et de direction données par Sylvia sont très précises. Sylvia s'est montée très attentive au bon déroulement de notre séjour dans sa maison. Denis
