「Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!」

「Our stay felt right at home! We loved the walkable restaurants we could go to. Smooth instructions were given and easy to follow. The hot water wasn’t working for us at first but we addressed it and they were able to help us fix it right away! I would definitely recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay here!」

「We have been going to Providenciales for our April break for the past six years and this home was the best yet! The rooms were very clean and spacious and our host was available for any issue. I slept well and enjoed my stay emmensely. The staff even pit on a movie night. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.」

「Stayed here with friends in July of 2025. Felt like it was a bit risky since there weren’t a lot of reviews yet, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Amazing views, perfect pool, and immaculately cleaned. It’s a little off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Only ten minutes to red hook for dining options and ten minutes to beautiful sapphire beach. Amazing stay and we’ll be back! 」

「This was a great stay. Communication was accessible the entire time. Everything was easily laid out. It was clean. It was lovely. The AC is awesome. The location was great thank you so much Jim and Lis for being the icing on the cake. This is a vacation made easy.」

「Our family vacation at this property was amazing. Communication with Bianca and Della was stellar! They were very responsive and went above and beyond. Della was very kind to offer suggestions on local restaurants and places to visit.Location is ideal. We walked to the beach beside Sandals (10 minutes) and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. A grocery store is not too far away as well. It is in a safe neighbourhood, although the house next door was abandoned (possible future reno?)...

「Had a wonderful stay! Many separate bedrooms and you cannot beat the view of the beach and access to it. Awesome pool and hot tub. Tons of walkable food destinations. Close to El Yunque waterfalls. 30-ish mins from San Juan. I hosted a group of 6 friends here and we had an absolute blast. This place is awesome!」
