From the entrance, you'll discover an independent cabin space with bunk bed, perfect for accommodating two children or an adult. A sliding door preserves the privacy of this additional sleeping area. The modern shower room with toilet is separate, with its own door, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

The air-conditioned master bedroom, which also serves as a convivial living space, has a large double bed (160x200) and a flat-screen TV. The perfect place to relax after your adventures!

A glass sliding door opens onto the large terrace, a true living area where the fully equipped kitchen is located: refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooking plates, everything needed to cook outdoors! Here you'll savor your meals with marina and sailboat views. Fiber WiFi connection. Capacity: 4 travelers.

IMPORTANT: Bookings (less than 2 months before arrival):

1 to 2 guests: the double bed is prepared, the bunk beds remain unprepared. 3 guests or more: both the double bed and bunk beds are prepared.

If you are 1 or 2 guests and wish the bunk beds to be prepared as well, please inform us upon booking (additional fee applies)

Both the double bed and bunk beds are systematically prepared, regardless of the number of guests. The displayed rate already includes preparation of all beds.

You'll receive detailed instructions before your arrival to access the apartment with complete peace of mind.

- Please return the apartment in the same clean condition as you found it: take out the trash, wash the dishes, etc.

- Check-in is from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, let us know. This is only possible if there is no same-day departure and subject to the host's availability.
