Step inside to discover an inviting open floor plan on the main level, seamlessly blending the living room, kitchen, and dining area into the perfect space for gatherings and entertainment. Vaulted ceilings in the living room accentuate the feeling of spaciousness, while a 55" TV with streaming services ensures entertainment options are always at hand. The well-equipped kitchen boasts an island with ample breakfast seating, a wet bar, and plentiful cabinet storage, all with picturesque lake views streaming through large windows.



On the main level, two comfortable bedrooms await, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and deck access. As well as a guest room featuring a queen-sized bed and a twin daybed. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one room boasting a queen-sized bed and the other featuring two full-sized beds and a bunk bed.



The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying the wonders of Fripp Island's flora and fauna, with a large front yard and fenced backyard providing plenty of room to roam. This home is pet-friendly (with a pet fee). The backyard oasis includes a spacious deck, a screened porch with an outdoor TV, a dining table, and ample seating, as well as a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the island's offerings, this lakeside retreat promises an unforgettable getaway for you and your loved ones.



*Note with gators in the water, it isn't safe to swim, boat, or fish in Blue Heron Lake. There are plenty of other places on the island to do those activities.



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.



Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 14 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site for current hours of operation, as some hours adjust seasonally.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
