Amazing Views!

We had a wonderful visit. The views off of the front porch are fantastic; this is where we spent most of our time. The house was perfect for our family. We hope to be able to return soon!

Front porch heaven

We loved our stay here! The house was stocked with everything we needed. We saw dolphins every morning from our rocking chairs on the porch. The house has very little traffic, which was really peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Excellent house and location

Everything and more as advertised. Wonderful location, house, and attention to detail. I've stayed in 10 or more properties in Fripp and this is the one I would stick with. Great vacation. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful views

Sitting on the porch watching dolphins was a highlight of the stay. The other were the beautiful beaches a short golf cart ride away. Golf carts are a must for getting around the island.

Higher Porpoise is a Great Place!

We've stayed here for the past couple of years and the property has continually improved. Tony and Ruth Ann are fantastic hosts and responsive to all issues. Great location and offered us everything that we needed. We love it.

Gorgeous Home Plus Plus Plus…

We loved the home. The view was incredible!! We woke before sunrise each morning just to enjoy the view. The home provided everything we needed. The 2 golf carts were perfect for our family and the bikes were a hit!! The weather wasn’t so great for us a few days but the games that were provided filled our time with laughter and fun! The complimentary wine and snacks were so sweet. We will definitely be staying again!!

Wonderful!

Higher Porpoise is an Awesome PLace

Great house, great view, owners are fantastic to work with. Being next to 18th tee of Ocean Point Course is a bonus. Golf carts work perfectly, bicycles and beach chairs are extremely nice. Hard to beat.

One of the Best on Fripp Island!

Our family have been staying at Fripp Island for over 30 years and this was one of the best times yet! The house was amazing and the view was incredible. The inside was very cozy and had tremendous space.. we will be coming back to this wonderful house on Fripp! 5 Stars!

What a great house ! All the amenities plus great beds and kitchen !! Views are unreal; we had dolphin shows every morning and evening! My family loves this house! We definitely plan to return as soon as possible ! House is a beauty and so clean ! Well decorated !

Enjoyable Vacation and Beautiful Views!

We really enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island at the Jamison's home. The views off the front porch are amazing! The house accomadated 7 of us well and had all we needed to get to the beach, grill out or cook in the kitchen, play ping pong or video games and/or just relax. There are several beach access points easily reached by golf carts, 5-10 minute drive. The Jamison's were very hospitable and checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Home and Hosts

This home is gorgeous and the view is spectacular. It was perfect for our group of 8 that consisted of four adults, two teens and two kids. We enjoyed watching the sunrise, changing tides and dolphins and pelicans feeding in the channel. The home is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. My family has been traveling to Fripp for 40 years and this is the best house we have stayed in. Ruth Ann and Tony are amazing hosts and very responsive.😎🌴

Property was clean and well maintained Mr Jamison was pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion I might have is maybe a television in at least one of the bedrooms. The golf carts were a fun addition so we could become familiar with the island. Would rent again but at a different time of year, was a little too humid and warm. Thanks for sharing your home. Judy

Best View Ever

If you want a comfortable home with the best view on the island, this place is for you! It had everything we needed and more. The owner responded to any questions or issues within minutes. The front porch was the place we spent the most time. Every day we watched the dolphins put on a show, and one evening we saw a sea turtle! The sunrise was worth getting up early for! Tony and Ruth are amazing hosts. They are very attentive to your needs and just wonderful people. Their property is spectacular. Location, location, location. Dolphins, check. Osprey, check.
