「The hotel was nice. The double rooms are quite large. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room daily. The 6 pools were amazing. Well kept. The lifeguards seemed to only work occasionally. And not every pool was manned. But the pools are only 4 feet deep, so maybe they didn't feel the necessity to have a lifeguard at each pool. There's lots of eating areas in Rose Hall (the main buffet). There is an unpleasant odor as you walk inside the buffet hall, which would be nice if they...

「Absolutely gorgeous resort. Just book it!」

「I have stayed here in the past and my experience was by far the best the first time.. Not complaining but the staff wasn’t as pleasant, they seemed tired and overworked…Even with tipping then they were so dry, ask a question and it was like you’re disturbing them,..I would like to see some different entertainment it was the exact same entertainment from the last time I was there, bring out a live band during the day for a few segments of music, honestly I think it’s time for a make over,I didn’t...

「The staff is the best they are friendly on extra nice to all guest i can't wait to go back for my next anniversary.」

「I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!」

「The smaller private all inclusive was amazing. Very relaxing, the staff was top notch, the lower level suite with the cabana was beyond perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make things great. Our view and access to the most beautiful beach there was amazing. Nice, quite and relaxing. The sunset will forever be engraved in my brain. We highly recommend this place.」

「Always a pleasure to stay at this resort. Beautifully kept property and great staff who go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.」
