“We wanted a relaxing week at the beach and we got just that. We loved the location and the condo. There were plenty of restaurants within a few miles and we found three seafood restaurants that we liked. We liked the Fort Myers area. It has recovered from the hurricane damage. The condos and hotels not yet open look like they are nearly finished with renovations. We look forward to returning for another beach vacation.”

“This is not a unit I would rent again. It desperately needs new flooring. We had to wear our shoes inside because the carpets were very old and dirty. The dishwasher was left full of dishes from the previous stay. There was a used bar of soap left in the master shower.”

The place was very clean and so nicely stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. “While many homes in this neighborhood are still struggling to recover from hurricane Ian, this cozy litte place is primed for the tourist season! Recently updated with very pretty, Florida decor, and sitting right on the canal for easy access to the gulf, our time spent here was relaxing and pleasant indeed. One thing to note is, it may not be a good fit for an older person who is prone to falls. I care for my mom, and would not have wanted to bring her here, as most of the rooms are on……
