"This is my personal review and I want to plug in the holes based on experience.The host was cool. It was a different name than listed so i was a little nervous it could be a false location but it wasnt. Upon arrival and departure you must contact the host, who always answers which is excellent but keep in mind it is imperative you have service in the mountains before you get to their property since you have to call for check in. Now to the property.Its a bottom living quarter attached to a 3 story house with a private entry gate which feels safer behind a closed and locked gate. You do have to go up and down stairs on the side of the house to get to the actual unit. If you have knee or back issues...this may be challenging especially with luggage but the outside setting is very cute. Very serene and inviting. Small but has an outdoor grill and cooking area with sink, a tv, turf grass and little seating settings. There is NO pool! No pool no pool. The ocean you can see as you are coming down the stairs to get to the unit but other than that no water views. The interior matches the pics. It's a small unit but decorative touches make it quaint. There are 2 rooms with queen beds. The air in what i would say is the main (higher bed but mini sink and shower) room doesnt work well at all but not unbearable. It smelled like awwwwful bug spray so not sure how to get that out (unbearable). Dirty stove. Thin towels and very limited supplies. Bring what you need and enjoy the stay."

"The house/property was beautifully set out and clean.A larger frying pan and possibly an electric toaster in the kitchen would be a welcomed addition as we did a lot of cooking.Private parking with remote controlled automatic gates making the whole stay feeling safe and secure.As mentioned by a previous guest, having the house number on the auto gates would be good as we also had difficulty finding the property.Only 20mins from Sangster International Airport so it wasn't a long journey once we got through the airport.Air Con in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedroom kept the temperature cool in the 32C - 34C heat outside.Wi-Fi was excellent, no issues.Host sent courtesy messages to check all was good and was available to contact if/when needed.We will definitely be staying there again without any hesitation.Highly Recommended "

"Lovely property in a safe gated community. Rooms, beds and bathrooms were of a very high standard and the kitchen was well equipped, if you are cooking for yourselves. Pool was great for the kids."
