"Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay in early November. The villa is beautiful and so are the grounds. There were great views of St. Kitts from the pool and of Mt. Nevis from the back of the property. Derek the property manager arranged the cab and water taxi from St. Kitts for us which was very helpful. He met us at the Nevis pier on our arrival and took us to the villa. "We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate.
