“We had an amazing stay at this property. We booked this spot for the weekend for a relaxing/ reading getaway with our little book club, and it was perfect! The space was very clean, comfortable, and the location was beautiful. We already miss sitting on the patio overlooking the lake, and watching the sunset. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies/utensils that you would need for cooking (much better than other places I’ve stayed). Richard was fantastic to communicate with, and provided……

“We had a great stay at the shipbuilders cottage! It was well kept and great place for kids to hang out. The surrounding area was beautiful and so close to everything. I really enjoyed all the history and the information that was shared about the home and area. Certainly a gem!”

“Our stay was absolutely private and super peaceful. Our wonderful host was nearby but did not interfere with our stay at all. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was heavenly, the daily visits from deer, and the charming, authentic cabin was marvellous. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Marilyn! “Our stay at the cozy cottage was fantastic if u want to unwind it is so peaceful everyone in the area are super nice we ate at the kitchen great food wonderful service tha gas station store was fantastic as well everything you could need and then some with great prices and you have to stop at the turtle gift shop great gifts and the owner was super nice and very helpful The cozy cottage was just that clean warm and welcoming it was a trip of a life time loved it out there”

“We stayed in one of the cabins for two nights. It was recently built and very clean and great to stay in. The kitchen had tea/coffee, olive oil/balsamic vinegar and spices. The was cabin thoughtfully organized including a dog sheet to protect the couch and dog towels for wet pups. Also, it had paper towels and very nice dish ware. Joe and Nick were extremely helpful and managed to maintain each cabin’s privacy. Don’t miss this hidden gem. Five out of Five. ”
