“The property needs upgrading, the entire building appears fatigue. The entrance rig was never vacuumed while we were there. More housekeeping is required.”

“Don't let the dated exterior fool you. Inside you'll find a historic space that is warm and welcoming. This is clearly not a sterile hotel without personality. This mansion has a story to tell. If you're okay with staying in an older building overlooking the S. John harbor, you'll love this place. Just know that on a warm summer's night with the windows open, there's going to be some traffic noise coming from both sides. But the fabulous breakfast in the morning will make you return to this……

“It’s a historical building with a lot of charm but also amenities like a kitchen and washer/ dryer available for use. Beds are comfy and the place is clean. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to waterfront and restaurants. Note that there are stairs involved if you are not on the main floor. Highly recommend!”
