Kereden 3 "So macht Urlaub Spaß!!! 🙂 Die Unterkunft war für uns zwei perfekt! Die Lage super, fast direkt am Strand, nicht weit der Altstadt. Bäckerei, Supermarkt und Apotheke nur paar Meter weiter. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern unkompliziert und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Wir standen länger im Stau, dadurch hat sich unsere Ankunft verzögert, aber auch da kam man uns entgegen. Hervorheben möchten wir noch, dass die Unterkunft sehr sauber war!"

Kereden 3 "Logement correct dans quartier résidentiel, à deux pas de la Plage du Sillon et à 30 minutes à pieds d'intramuros. - Néanmoins : _ la literie n'était pas de bonne qualité ; _ refaite à neuf, la salle de bains ne comporte pas de baignoire comme écrit et de plus, son plafond était taché et empli de toiles d'araignées dans certains angles... ; _ la colonne de douche fuit par le haut, il ne faut donc se limiter qu'à utiliser le pommeau. - L'emplacement ravira un couple en quête d'aventures (stationnement très aisé aux alentours, idéal pour partir en mission) mais le confort reste sommaire."

Kereden 3 Excellent séjour dans cet appartement lumineux, propre, calme dans un bel immeuble à proximité de la plage et de la cité. Bon accueil de Steven à l'heure convenue. Literie confortable et linge de maison complet. Une cuisine parfaitement équipée. Commerces de proximité tout proche. Rapport qualité-prix très appréciable. Quelques petits bémols néanmoins à signaler : la baignoire de la salle de bain (le fond est totalement usagé et jauni) mériterait d'être remplacée ou repeinte ; la télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et la poignée de la porte de la chambre devrait être changée. Ces petits désagréments remis à neuf et tout sera parfait ! Toutefois, nous conseillons vivement cette location et nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Cordialement. Christine et Michel

Kereden 3 "Es ging dem Vermieter einzig und allein darum, schnell Geld zu verdienen ohne eine entsprechende Leistung zu bieten. Wir 🙂 Die Lage zum Meer und zum Stadtzentrum 🙁 Bereits die Begrüßung und Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch eine offensichtlich unwissende Jugendliche, welche uns zum Beispiel kein Information zum möglichen Parken im Hof oder zum Internet gab bzw. konnte und auch keine weiteren Kenntnisse zur Unterkunft besaß. Die Ausstattung des Appartement 3 hatte den „Charme“ der Fünfziger Jahre (verbrauchte Lte Möbel) .Es gab weder im Bad noch im WC oder sonst in der Wohnung Hacken oder Ähnliches zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern oder Kleidungsstücken. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen war es sehr heiss in der Wohnung, weil erkennbar kein entsprechende Dämmung vorhanden war. Die Lüftung (Lüftungsschlitze an den Decken gab es) funktionierte lediglich im WC - ansonsten nirgends in der Wohnung. Für das Internet erfuhren wir die Zugangsdaten erst auf wiederholte Nachfrage und es funktionierte phasenweise überhaupt nicht. Bereits am 2. Tag und dann nochmals ein paar Tage später hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und erhielten Hilfe erst wieder auf wiederholte Nachfrage per Telefon. Wir hatten Appartement 1 und 3 gebucht, weil wir zwei Ehepaare waren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zwischen den den beiden Appartements stimmte überhaupt nicht, weil Appartement 1 „besser“ im Charme der „Fünfziger ausgestattet und größer war (dort funktionierte das Internet aber überhaupt nicht)."

Kereden 3 "Convenable pour notre court séjour 🙂 L'emplacement est très bien a à peine 2 kms de la ville intra-muros. Le studio est très bien équipé (machine à café, à laver, sèche-cheveux...). On nous offre même du thé, café... 🙁 Le dépôt de garantie a été encaissé sans que nous ayons été avertis donc il faut prévoir de se faire débiter 200€ pour minimum 1 semaine le temps que ça soit recrédité. Les places de parking n'en sont pas, nous devons nous garés sur le trottoir (non identifié et pas prévu à cet effet). Nous n'avons pas fait d'état des lieux entrant ou sortant et pourtant il y en aurait eu besoin car dans la salle de bain pas de lumière et la baignoire était tâchée, ce n'est pas agréable. Nous avons voulu faire un bain à bulles mais déception lorsque nous avons vu des saletés sortirent des orifices. Aussi, le studio est très mal isolé surtout en bas de la porte d'entrée, nous avons eu très froid durant notre séjour."
