“The young family are excellent hosts. It was a real surprise The father is a real chef from France and the Tahitian mom has trained in hotel and speaks excellent English. They live on a small farm where they grow everything they cook. They make their own soap. The little cabin you stay in has everything you might need. Very congenial people. Every meal was an experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Very clean and has a lovely pool ”

We loved the location on a black sand beach, the property grounds including the pool, the restaurant with its shows, the spacious and clean rooms with a large balcony facing the ocean, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. “Clean bungalow, many surfaces of the room had Tiari flowers on them. Room smelled like a dream. Mosquito net had some holes would be my only complaint. Room and grounds were as pictured and staff was friendly.”

We were only able to stay one night, but it would have been so great to stay longer - since its a 2-bedroom, it would make a really nice 4-5 day stay for 2 couples. “Sis and I arrived a few hours prior to check-in time. Warmly greeted and offered coffee, juice and fresh native fruit. Delicious. Our rooms were ready and we were able to occupy them. No A/C, but leaving the doors open there was a nice breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. Early to rise with the local roosters; but refreshing sound compared to the city noise. Older accommodations; but clean. Enjoyable stay. ”
