Le Brasier "The accommodation is perfectly positioned for exploring St Malo. Feels very rustic when you enter the building and the apartment is modern and bright. Communication was great and very responsive. I would have give 5* but the balcony furniture was unstable and unusable due to pigeon droppings on furniture and floor. The ashtray on table was left full of cigarette ends. But we did enjoy our stay."

Petite Cocon

The property was in a great location in the old town. Close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean! Also, the the double pained windows kept the apartment very quiet. There is no view, but that was okay. Plenty of light from the windows. Unfortunately, there was no parking close by. We had to go outside the town for parking. We had to pay for each day and often it was still difficult. We loved all the things to do and see. Lovely beaches and beautiful scenery. The person who met us spoke very little English, so we got very little instruction on how things worked! The stairs were very small and steep to the second floor. People with any difficulty walking could not manage. Also, the door to the apartment is very old and not welcoming. It should be sanded and painted or replaced. Otherwise, we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Lynn

Seule la propreté faisait défaut (poussière, tâches, le tout un peu ""utilisé"", couverts brûlés ou tachés, assiettes sales etc) ainsi que l'odeur du linge fourni (rance). Le Brasier Die Wohnung ist perfenkt für zwei Leute. Es gibt zwar noch ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa, zu viert wäre mir die Wohnung aber viel zu eng. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber gut ausgestattet, wir haben dort kleine Menüs gekocht. Die Lage ist hervorragend im Zentrum, von dort ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir konnten sogar vor dem Haus parken, wenn man am nächsten Morgen fährt, ist das möglich. Einziger Nachteil, dafür einen Stern Abzug: der Zugang aussen ist sehr schmutzig, voller Taubendreck. Ebenso der Balkon, er war für uns nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Wohnung dagegen war sauber und für ein paar Tage ist das sehr zu empfehlen.

Super séjour pour 2 personnes et l'agence est très réactif en cas de soucis. 🙁 J'avais faits une demande 2 mois à l'avance de ma réservation pour que la terrasse soit propre, mais ma demande n'a pas été prise en compte, j'étais obligé d'appeler l'agence une fois sur place et demander qu'elle soit nettoyée, ce qui a été fait, mais bon dommage sur ce point-là."
