Gorgeous home in St-Martin-aux-Buneaux

Lots of light, bright colors and plenty of space. That's what you'll find in this particularly child-friendly vacation home in Saint-Martin-aux-Buneaux. The house is spacious, feels open and offers enough space for 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Thanks to the 4 bathrooms, there will be no beating in the morning and everyone can start the day fresh. In the equipment is thought of everything a family needs on vacation. On the 3000 m² property the children can romp around and play with the many toys and sports equipment. They can choose between a swing, a trampoline, a playhouse, soccer goals and badminton. Meanwhile, parents can enjoy the beautiful view of the flowers and the landscape of the garden. Saint-Martin-aux-Buneaux is located on the coast of Normandy, where they can experience a breathtaking landscape with steep cliffs on the beach. The nearest pebble beach is 3.5 km from the house.

Maison très bien placée

Une maison à mi-chemin (10 mn) entre l'adorable station balnéaire des Petites Dalles et celle plus grande de Veulettes avec son club de voile. Très bien située, lieu calme, voisins charmants. Disposition pratique pour être à l'aise à 2 familles, avec un étage indépendant (son salon de jeux, sa salle de bains...). Beaucoup de jeux pour les petits enfants,a l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Terrasse bien exposée, de nombreuses chaises et de quoi prendre des bains de soleil en pleine nature (pas de vis à vis) Point négatif du séjour : four inutilisable, ce qui était connu visiblement de la propriétaire, mais non signalé sur l'annonce. Cuisiner pour une grande famille pendant 15 jours sans four, ce n'est pas évident. Au bout d'une semaine, Novasol nous a proposé finalement une solution, ils ont été joignables et assez réactifs. Néanmoins j'aurais apprécié d'avoir l'info avant, je n'aurais pas choisi cette location si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait aucun moyen de cuire quiches, cakes, lasagnes... Autre point de progrès : un de mes enfants a les yeux sensibles tendance migraineuse, et il a été gêné par l'éclairage 100% Led très blanc et très fort dans la salle principale (uniquement des plafonniers, aucune source de lumière indirecte pour faire plus "cosy" le soir, c'est dommage car par ailleurs cette salle est jolie et bien aménagée). Propreté moyenne : bouilloire complètement entartrée, plusieurs vitres sales et besoin de passer un coup dans le frigo. Mais bon séjour glpbzlement

Family week in rural Normandy

Our family of 5 adults and 3 children enjoyed staying in rural Normandy. The house is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The en-suites do not have toilets. There are 2 separate toilets with no windows, one on each floor, ok if you all know each other! However…. This was a planned self catering holiday and we were severely limited as the oven is broken ( and has been for months). The kitchen sinks do not drain we resorted to bailing out dirty water onto the adjacent field. There is a significant leak on the water tank - we had to empty a plastic bowl each day to avoid the hall being flooded. We could say more. There is a lack of general maintenance. Bedroom doors don’t shut, one upstairs is broken the other you cannot open from the inside so easy to get locked in. WiFi is poor but picked up at the end of the week. We house needs a good clean, as do the windows. We contacted Novasol before and during our stay to try and get problems fixed. Answers such as “all plumbers are on holiday” don’t help. Such a shame a lovely house spoilt by lack of maintenance. Not what we paid for!!!

De belles vacances de Noël en famille

Un bel endroit pour séjourner en famille. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu quelques bûches pour un premier feu dans le poêle...les télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas mais elles ont pu être réparées au 5e jour. Un excellent séjour de Noël.

Idéal pour plusieurs familles

Les 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains permettent d’être indépendant entre famille. La cuisine ouverte sur le salon est convivial pour se réunir. Une maison rénovée avec goût.
