「Staff were amazing; however, it was not enough of them. Did not feel like the service was what I would expect from this hotel. Additionally, I’ve stayed at this hotel 2 other times and feel this last time the upkeep of the property has opportunities for improvement. This is especially around the pool and beach areas -」

「Everything was great at the CocoBay. The one thing I would change would to be offer sodas or juices to purchase in gift shop so that guests can keep them in their rooms for after hrs use.」

「The staff was extremely helpful and informative from the moment we arrived. I was a little underwhelmed with the rooms we had. They were on the smaller side and very outdated. The bathroom showers were tiny and did not look clean. There also wasn’t hot water in our shower.
