The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Pierre, this charming apartment with sea view and waterfront location, of a surface of 56 m ² and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room with Italian shower.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Day space :
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, lounge area with double sofa bed
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
Night space :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet
Exterior:
- A terrace of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The nautical base of Saint Pierre offers many activities (Canoeing, kayaking, rowing, sailing...)
- The zoo of Carbet
- The garden of Balata and the Domaine d'Emeraude in Morne Rouge.
- Numerous hikes from St Pierre and its surroundings.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the free parking lot near the accommodation.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest bus station: St. Pierre train station, 5 minutes away on foot
- Nearest airport: Le Lamentin (25 km)
