“We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. “Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!”

“If you’re looking for a very relaxing quiet place this is the spot. Resort is built for quiet tranquil relaxation. I wouldn’t bring children here unless you want to annoy other guests who are trying to relax! That’s just me. It’s designed for adults. There are plenty of kid friendly places on the island. There were a few kids there, not sure why! I am still trying to figure that out. I would recommend the Rock House if you want peace and quiet and relaxation. I was very relaxed. The restaurant……

“The room and also the hotel premises were super clean and pristine! I absolutely love, love that! We had breakfast at the Daily Market everyday, more than enough food and so good. Ate a few days for lunch and it was good. If you’re looking for a resort that provides superb customer service and attention to detail, this is it! There’s a short walk to the beach where you can get chairs and umbrellas for a small daily fee. Less crowded beach area and very calm and clear water. We can’t wait to……

“Yes it was not a 5-star property, however, more could have been done to ensure a better experience. The corridors were wet and constantly in need of sweeping. The bathroom was not attractive - grout shouldn’t be brown, so it looks like it may be not clean. Faucet too short, and caused difficulty when being used. Bathroom fan shouldn’t turn on, for every time the light is turned on. Too much shrubbery invited too many lizards, which made it difficult to walk without fear. Staff didn’t……

“This place is absolutely gorgeous. The beach surpasses all others with the most beautiful water you can imagine. For me it was peaceful and quiet, very few kids, no noisy jet skis. Heaven. Very upscale. They bring you ice cold bottled water on the beach free or pins colada margaritas etc for a charge. They came by with a tray to choose fruit from pineapple delicious watermelon etc free. The food at oool and in restaurants are superior and great bar tender . Staff goes above and beyond to……
