I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. "We had an incredible stay at this 2-acre waterfront estate in Turks and Caicos! The property is perfect for families or groups traveling together—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made sharing the home with another family so easy.The location couldn’t be better—just 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Sapodilla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The views of Chalk Sound are absolutely breathtaking, and the property offers two pools, kayaks, and plenty of pool toys for the kids. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, plus tons of towels and utensils.The décor is a bit dated, but the house was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive from start to finish.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home with million-dollar views in Turks and Caicos, look no further.
