“The property it's self is fairly nice, it's a self check in and they send you a code a day in advance to get in. But my biggest problem is that he only way to contact the property is to email them and wait for an answer. I needed parking and description said limited so I tried several times in advance to get clarification on parking..finally heard from them the day of check in when I had already parked in a paid lot down the street! When I got there check in was easy, room was basic but……

“If you are visiting the Dordogne region, this is an excellent property. Great location. Excellent bar downstairs and a restaurant. Several restaurants within a short driving distance. Good places to enjoy nearby.”

“Terrible communication and terrible care for their clients. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. No one did… in the end we decided to not chance it and stayed at a different hotel that could confirm they had air conditioning. We lost the cost……
