“This apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to shopping and restaurants. The Bourse Metro station is at the end of the block, there is an excellent bakery on the corner, perfect for breakfast, or take away salads and sandwiches. The rooms are a bit small, by American standards. There are two compact clothing storage areas on each side of the bed. The bathroom has two storage drawers. The washer/dryer is small, clothing did not dry all the way, it's more of an extractor than dryer. We……

“Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.”

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything……

“They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team”

“The property is well placed. It’s in the middle of right places 10 on 10 on that. However, the property has two floors, one with small kitchenette and a sofa bed downstairs in the basement and then one main room and bathrooms on the second floor. The bottom floor has a strong humidity smell. It is practically unusable. I don’t know if it’s a health hazard but a smell that you cannot ignore I would highly recommend the walls or you can see it on the walls. The water is cause damage and the smell……

“The location is great and the rooms and kitchen area were cozy. My only issue was the bathroom was really moldy and smelled in the mornings.”
