This exclusive house is located in a private and secure residential area. Recently renovated by an architect with high-quality materials (July 2023), it combines elegance and comfort. Fully equipped, it benefits from exceptional brightness and promises you a breathtaking view from every space in the house. There is no doubt that you will find yourself in a little corner of paradise.
Descending from the house, you will have direct access to the hiking trails of the Estérel. Just 5 minutes away, you will find essential shops such as supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and restaurants, as well as the beach and various activities such as tennis, paddleboarding, and waterskiing. Within 10 minutes of the house, the town center of Agay will delight you with its numerous restaurants, shops, electric bike rentals, Polaris, and diving opportunities.
The house is spread over two levels and offers an area of 120m². The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, including 3 rooms with two double beds and a children's room with bunk beds (trundle bed and crib available). You will also have a shared bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
On the ground floor, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with a central island for dining, a living room, a dining room, a TV room/bedroom/office, a bathroom with toilet, and a laundry room. All these rooms have access to a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, divided into different areas.
Enjoy an outdoor kitchen on the terrace to savor family meals while admiring the view. Numerous sunbathing and relaxation areas are at your disposal, whether on the main terrace with sun loungers, on a second terrace below in the shade of an olive tree, or on steps adorned with lavender and rosemary, perfect for relaxing and contemplating the view.

We have thought of everything for the little ones by providing all the necessary childcare equipment, such as a high chair, crib, changing mat, and games.
Linen is provided for an additional fee for short stays of less than a week: €10 per person for sheets and towels. In addition, the cleaning fee includes a complete cleaning of the house after your departure.
