「Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.」

「dirty. bathroom sink, sheets, carpet were all dirty. the fire alarm ONLY in our unit went off at 3 in the morning and we had to stand on the counter to turn it off. we didn’t cook anything, it just went off. it’s really crowded and if the bed is down you cannot move freely. shower so small you can’t ever be out of the water. no paper towels provided only one kitchen cloth. AND they provide plates and cutlery but want you to wash them. ok that’s pretty normal, right? NO you have to buy a sponge...

「The house was incredible, very well located, clean, beautiful, and very charming, in the most elegant neighborhood of Paris. It was well connected to transportation, and communication with the owner was excellent at all times. I recommend it 100%.」

「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm.
