Detached house with private unfenced garden. Large living room of 60m² with pellet stove. Equipped kitchen open to living room. Toilet. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: CH Italy (queen-size bed + single futon sofa bed) - CH USA (1 queen-size bed) - CH England (1 queen-size bed) - Family suite Japan: 1 queen-size bed + adjoining bedroom with a 140cm bed bunk bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet as well as a television. Washing machine. Dryer. Dishwasher. TV. Wi-Fi. Sheets, towels and household linen provided. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Cleaning deposit of €100. Baby equipment. Stove + electric heating in the bedrooms at an additional cost (flat rate). Terrace. Unfenced land. Motorcycle workshop. Parking. Old renovated farmhouse in a hamlet of a lively and dynamic village, 14 km from the coast. St Sauveur-le-Vicomte is nestled in the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Natural Park and the Clos du Cotentin Art and History Region. Well known for its remarkable medieval castle, accessible on foot from the cottage, it is also a green resort, a nature destination for families. This spacious cottage is ideal for a family get-together! The south-facing wooden terrace overlooks the grounds planted with apple trees. Motorcycle enthusiasts welcome.
