“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “The house was absolutely amazing, great location and a great amount of space for everyone. Denny, Keith and Karen were the best Staff that you could ever ask for! They always made us feel very welcome and did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay. They all know we will be back again!”

“This is a property built in the 70s that have not been upgraded since the 90s other than the clim units in the bedrooms. The main living area of the house is open do not have clim. During dinner, we were sweating a lot and we ended up with multiple bugs bites. The house has no real windows, it’s only ventilation shutters that separate you from outside.
On the positive side, we ate extremely well and the staff was great.

“The villa itself is very nice and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. The views are spectacular! The property manager Marjorie was such a pleasure, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She saw to our every need. Brenda our chef was good, anything we wanted she served and even accommodated special diets. We will definitely go to Heaven Villa again!”
