Not what i expected it was ok..villa was nice just minor issues such as water pressure extremely low, hot water took forever to come through, and it was very hot in the living room although there was a fan and we opened all windows still hot. Pool was closed due to construction going on and it was noisey. Other that the place was ok.Also the location was a little ways out from where i wanted to be but we managed. Steve the brother of the property manager was very nice and helpful.

This cute Villa is lovely. We had a little trouble locating the property at first but Ms. Michaun assisted our driver with directions. The initial meeting was hilarious. Ms. Michaun made check in and check out very easy. The tour of the home was excellent very precise and details. The villa felt like a home away from home. The beds are comfortable great air conditioning, laundry, wi-fi and kitchen supplies. Clean bathrooms and kitchen.
Close to shopping plazas, good music, food, rivers and beaches. At night we sat outside enjoying the cool breeze from the sea. I would most definitely stay here again.

Over all satisfied with the stay. Only complaint we had was pool was closed during our entire stay other than that it was gated community and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Beach Community Villa
Truly, from my heart and my family’s heart, we just wanna to say THANK YOU!!! Your place was so welcoming, clean and honestly I don’t think there is one thing negative I could say about our stay there. The gated community was awesome, the pool & and extra towels we were provided with. Everything was new and clean, beds were comfortable, ceiling fans throughout the entire house, washer & dryer, AC in both bedrooms. Close to everything. There was nothing we could have possibly needed because everything we could possibly want was there. Kevin was the person we communicated with and Michaun met us at the property and checked us in and out, she was very professional and always available. Truly appreciated the treatment. We will definitely be returning to Sunrise Villa. We were so happy with everything, no doubt in my mind I we will be booking again very soon!!! One love, Tammy

A Hidden Gem
We have been to Kingston quite a few times and are acutely aware that there is not good beach in Kingston so we were very surprise to find this nice little place on a beach. This villa was very nice, very clean and we loved the smaller scale the self-catering offered. We have been at many "large" resorts and spent so much time walking from the room to restaurants or the beach. We didn't have to do that here. We enjoyed having more interior space, a full kitchen and the ability to host local friends in the area. The pool or beach was not far away. It was not overwhelming. No negatives, all the amenities were in working order. The country club community was newly built so occupancy levels was low. The peace and quiet was deafening. During the days we planned on staying in, we got a bucket of ice and have a few drinks on the front porch and enjoyed a few games of cards and unwind before walking to the fitness room then the pool. Overall, the villa was very nice, relaxing and a great place for couples or family to unwind.

Lovely & Safe Villa
I must say that at first I was very skeptical, but oh was I surprised upon my arrival. The villa is well kept, it is also in a very safe and quiet location. Bed was very comfortable and all the appliances worked as well. It was like a home away from home. I like the fact that I could walk to the beach, although the beach is not fully ready for swimming, just to be able to use it to experience the island feeling was an awesome experience.
