"Cette maison est bien équipée, notamment quant à la cuisine. Elles est située dans une région un peu hors des sentiers battus par les touristes. Il s'agit avant tout d'un milieu agro-forestier, très paisible. Nous avons visité les surprenantes chutes Saint-Ursule, de même que les environs de Saint-Alexis. Nous nous sommes également rendus au Parc de la Mauricie, un incontournable de la région. Nous avons terminé notre séjour par un dîner à l'éco-café Au bout du monde de l'auberge du Baluchon....

"The advertising is very misleading. The air conditioning is only in one room on the top floor; the rest of the cabin has no air circulation. The washer and dryer are locked in a closet. Unable to dry towels after the hot tub. If you want to take a shower or bath on the top floor, you will need a wrench to switch the spout on the tub to the spray setting. You're obliged to wash yourself while you're exposed to anyone outside because the curtain is broken. Every floor had ants everywhere. When I...

"Fantastic place to stay especially for say a twosome who are just needing a break. The cottage is a real log style two floor cabin. Very rustic and yet very modern and very clean. The location is very quiet but Hotel Sacacomie is nearby and a good place to eat out. There are fish in the river too that runs at the back of the cottage. The folks who manage it (Dany, Sophia and Carla) are always in touch."

"There was lots of space, it was well stocked and clean. Toilet in bathroom was a pump toilet (macerating?) so there was a slight odor from that, but otherwise the room was good. We were a little confused when we got there - we knocked on different doors for a few minutes - until we realized we just had to go through the screen door to our unit. I may have missed a communication about that."
